I looked up the menu tonight and found that they have nightly specials and otherwise sandwiches
and salads . Does anyone know if they have regular entrees on their menu ? I didn't see them on
their website

Menu..I don't believe the specials are on the regular menu...you have got to try the pork chops on Thursday's!  The owner also makes family recipe deserts....I got the bananas pudding last week...wonderful!  My daughter got the homemade brownie..with ice cream...whip cream and chocolate sauce this Thursday night it was great!   I heard the chili is really good also!

They have salads and sandwhiches on the menu.  I don't think they have entrees on the menu as SKKB said they only have those things on the daily special.  I can't wait to go back on a Monday (meatloaf) or a Thursday (pork chop)

I finally tried them for the first time about a month ago and then again about 2 weeks ago.  Food was great and service was even better!  I don't know the name of our server, but she was genuinely friendly and made real conversation with us.  I have nothing but good things to say about southern spice and will be taking my husband as soon as he gets back.   :{:{:

I go to Southern Spice quite a bit, matter a fact just got home from there and had there pulled pork which was wonderful. And she makes the best desserts. We had some of her banana pudding and she had a strawberry cake with brownie in the center. Was very good. I will be returning tomorrow for her homemade seafood gumbo.

Did any of you hear the little jazz trio that played there this winter.  The piano player is our piano player at church.  Wonderful player and has never had a lesson.  Learned it all on his owner.  They are all high school kids.

Ok.... had the pork chop special today (to go).  Chop was excellent but wasn't big enough for my taste.  I'd personally prefer old style fried taters to the cabbage ones but that's just a preference.  Sweet tea was the best....  brought out the hillbilly in me!  Price and service was more than reasonable and I will go there again (even if only for takeout).  Been cravin' some Cajun so maybe I'll try the Gumbo...?????
