Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. I wish it was mandatory that the libertarian candidate got to debate with the other 2.  both parties fear they might lose a vote or two.
Gary Johnson use to be a former gov of New Mexico i think and he now running in colorado and trying to pass the legalize pot bill.  thay are afraid that the young voters might jump from both parties and he might get 4% or so of the vote...thats enought to turn the tide in a swing state

I think any party should be in the debate. Never understood why only Republican or Democrats get all the advantage.

a third party vote is a right, but it is a wasted vote. remember the perot effect on the election.

ralp nader cost gore in florida too, but if they  were to get the same media attention that vote may not get wasted...1/3 from the gop and dem each could make a race out of it.  with all the bi partisan crap going on now it could of happened if they got the right attention

If you vote for Johnson or any other third party candidate, you are voting for Obama.  Please do not waste your vote.

That's one state.  If I'm not mistaken there are 49 more that do not have a marijuana issue on the ballot.  As I said, don't waste your vote.

I think the third party has to establish a voter approval of some unknowen number to me. If as you say he gets one state on the pot issue why clog up the ballet in other states. How many KKK or Black Panters do you think would run if all they had to do is put their name out there? So far the tea party has been the best I have seen and they are not a third party but a take off of a old and established one. Antway, running of the highest office in this world should not be taken lightly!
If your going to be dumb, you better be tough!

Everyone wants to talk about the presidential race (I know who I'm voting for) but what about the issues right here in Pulaski County the Sheriff's race for one; I know who I'm voting for. The commissioner's race: The Representative race: The circuit judge race: I know who I'm for in this one too

There are two other states with marijuana issues in the ballot, Washington and Oregon.

There is no such thing as a wasted vote. Just because you may vote for the loser, does not mean it is a wasted vote, if you are voting for what you believe in. If Obama wins, does that mean everyone who voted for Romney wasted their vote? Or vice a versa?
