LINDSAY DEBAULT PLEADS GUILTY TO MURDER AND BURGLARY FOR HER ROLE IN THE DEATH OF KEITH BRIDWELL IN BIG PINEY IN JULY 2016
Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that Lindsay Debault of St. James pled guilty yesterday to the charges of Murder in the Second Degree and Burglary in the First Degree for her role in the killing of Keith Bridwell in Big Piney last August.
The plea was part of a negotiated agreement wherein Ms. Debault will now cooperate with the State as a witness in the prosecution of Michael Talley. Mr. Talley is currently charged with Murder in the First Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Robbery in the First Degree, and Burglary in the First Degree for his role in the killing. His case is set for trial at the beginning of August 2017.
Circuit Judge John Beger set Ms. Debault’s sentencing for August 16, 2017.
“The hard work of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department in investigating this case has allowed us to proceed to this point. Although there is more work to do to bring those responsible for the murder of Mr. Bridwell to justice, this plea allows us to focus on the case against Mr. Talley, the person the State believes the evidence points to as the primary assailant,” said Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hilman.
This case was prosecuted by Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman.
