PRESS RELEASE 2/15/19 Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman Advances Crime Victims’ Rights with Win in the Missouri Supreme Court Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman scored a win for the rights of victims of crime this week in the Missouri Supreme Court. In State ex rel. Kevin Hillman v. PRESS RELEASE 1/14/19 27 Offenders Sentenced to the Department of Corrections Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections in Circuit Court action over the last two months. Those offenders were: Brian Haggard of St. Robert. The defendant pled guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to ten years in the Department of Corrections. The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case. Tyron Porter of St. Robert. The defendant pled guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to ten years in the Department of Corrections. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case. Lea Ann Barba of Waynesville. The defendant was on probation for two counts of Forgery. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.
