  • Valor7: Actually no it is not, a dependable Revenue stream will not come on line until the 4th quarter of 2017 so 2018 budget will be up in the air, not quite sure what they will have. By 2019 budget all will be well.

  • Valor7: I could have worded that better, we talked details, options, the pros and cons of each, in  order to arrive at the best ballot language to present to the voters. Hope that makes this clearer.

  • Valor7: Yes and no. We talked details and options until we were blue in the face but I never heardbring it over, it was always the time was not right for the issue to pass. Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. The Sheriff's Office needs the help.

He made the best Gyros, that's all I ever ate when I went there. We normally ate there about 2 times a month. I don't know where I'm going to get another Gyro as good as his!
Gryo on the Loop ...Just off of Delmar in St Louis ...the side street along side Blueberry Hill , Thet have made the best one i ever ate.  Stefano's were my pick around here too.  Hard to find a Good Gyro around these parts

If I'm ever in the St Loius area I will give it a try. Mama Mia's are okay but the sauce was a little to garlicy and spicy. But I guess it'll have to do. I sure will miss Stefano's!

I can understand a boss being demanding regarding his employees but there is much more to this situation.  There were issues long before he opened his own restaurant ( he worked for years at Alex's in Rolla).  He has issues that are crystal clear to anyone that has ever worked closely with him.  Our daughter worked for him off and on and saw much.  Issues weren't just with employees...   I wish him all the best and hope that he can make a go of it again ...  he did have a good product...  just hope that he learns to deal with the other not so cool problems......
yeah whatever~*

My daughter and I were just in there recently....he said the that business was slow and he felt that the economy had a lot to do with it and the new chains coming into the area,...I've heard that from another locally owned restaurant owner....St. Robert doesn't seem to support the little guy. That's too bad. Stephano's was my favorite and we had been going to his restaurant for years...I will greatly miss him and his food.

hmmm I wonder if that guy with the century 21 building is paying for the construction on his building this time ??? ?

I can't remember his name but I had heard that he didn't pay some of the subs and also for some of the material !!

imagine that !!
