Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. I'll never forget that day as long as I live.  All those people walking out of the city across the bridges...so lost.  My husband and I watched and cried and just wondered what would happen next.  Everyone should remember to put out their flags tomorrow.
....and that night as the moon crossed the mountain, one more Coyote was heard...

I watched the whole travesty unfold live that day.
I am taking tomorrow off in rememberence of those who lost their lives.
Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I'd give my left arm to be ambidextrous...

I have friends who, at that time, worked in DC within sight of the pentagon, both DOD jobs...they were sent home from work. Vicki called me from their house, described the scene of the circling f16s, the fear and panic...It was all so scary...and the towers, my God, can't even describe what I felt...and to see the people jumping to their deaths time after time after time on the news....couldn't watch anymore and couldn't not watch....let us never forget.
I have it on good authority that the Hokey-Pokey really IS what it's all about.

My brother at the time worked in a building that pretty well overlooked the pentagon and they were in a meeting at the time.  The plane flew over their office, they were on the top floor and he said they noticed it because flights never went over their office and it was so low he said it sounded like it was going to hit their building.  They watched the plane hit the penagon and his secretary said out loud, "my sister is dead if she was at work today".  It hit on the side of the pentagon that she worked on, in the outter side and yea, she was at work and was killed.

Many people touched that day directly, everyone was touched that day in some way.

Yea, hard to believe it has been this long, everyone needs to watch that video again to remember.

I'll never forget that day because I know exactly where I was and what I was doing. A friend of mine was recovering from a stroke in the Rolla hospital and I walked in the room and the news was showing the tower's after being hit. I thought they were watching a movie, and then I realized it was the news. It didn't seem real then and it still has a numing effect even today. Today I hope all people's who love this country stop's for a moment and remembers 9/11/01 and those who lost love ones on that day.

Still makes me cry. I was at St. John's that morning, and was chatting with a friend. The news was on and no one was really paying attention until one lady got up and went over to the tv, then it became totally silent as we realized what had happened. That one day has forever changed not just our country but our world. I will never forget.
