If you know Tracy Arnold (husband Michael) from Crocker - I know she has been posting alot of info on facebook.  They are searching - don't want to give wrong info - so not saying where - in case I am wrong.  But check her out on FB or on my facebook page you should see her links.

I have ran it through my bank twice - I have the NSF copy with the dates on the back showing it was no good.  Do I just go to the prosecutor's office with the check - do I need any other information?  Are there fees I have to pay to press charges?  Never had to do this before - so not all sure what is required.
Thanks!

As a business owner, what is the procedure for attempting to collect on a bad check.  I have attempted to cash this customer's check through my bank, their bank and have contacted the (now terminated) customer and have had no luck.  Thank you!

We always use D Best Trophies in Iberia for all of our shirts and stuff.  Very reasonable, easy to deal with and big selection.

That is awesome!  I agree - you need to visit the museum.  It is great.  I think I have been there about 15 times or better.  I remember when it was really small!
Thanks for sharing Maynard!

Now I remember why I don't usually post on here.  This is crazy!
I am not (nor have I ever been) an advocate for NOT wearing seatbelts and was not trying to say that people should not wear their seatbelts.  I think we should ALL wear our seatbelts ALL THE TIME!  If I have offended anyone - I am sorry.
All I did was state what the family was told.
I will go back to my "lurking" status.  GEEZ!

All I can say is look at the Jeep.  His dad was told that (about the seatbelt) from one of the emergency people on the scene.

He is going to be okay - he is in alot of pain.  he went home tonight.  They put a steel rod in his thigh and he is walking with a walker.  He had staples in his head where one large gash was.  He has ALOT of road rash and generally hurts all over.
Yes - this is a result of what happens when you drink and drive. As far as the seat belt goes - if he had had his seatbelt on - he would have been killed.  He was VERY, VERY lucky!
