They tried to do this in Tampa,FL. The most popular case being the Mons Venus, Joe Redner actually made a documentary about it. He also fought to have the law changed and won,on grounds of 1st amendment rights.

Check out his website, it might be of some help to local stirp club owners.

I don't think a martini bar is going to do much in waynesville, most bartenders around here don't even know how to make a martini. Sounds similiar to what the area 151 lounge was suppose to be like ?

Victor,is a very elite artist and he is very good at what he does. He does everything from photography to air brushing in the art field, along with quality tattoos. As being someone in the tattoo industry i am envious of his black/grey work at times :) He moved out here from Vegas to work with Cat and Will and ShowMe. He tattooed the tribal on Mike Tysons face ...

I have heard four or five different stories now about what happened. None of which are important, what is important is no one got hurt.

No there seriously was a shooting, the girl in front of me at the gas station was talking about it, i drove past and it looked like every cop in town was there. Got to After Dark and talked to the owner and he made some calls, and confirmed it.
And how does the to many minor situation work ?

So Rockin R got a new name ? and i take it new owners ? So what new things are going on there ?

Looked up Hydrocodone, most of you may know it as Vicodin.. I don't know if it is true but I have heard that each Vicodin you have in your possession without a prescription is one felony count.

Eh i wouldn't put vicodin that high up on your list, most of the time it is weaker than percocet. And easier to get your hands on.

National Political Opinion / United States of Prescription Pills ?
« on: August 13, 2008, 05:39:10 AM »
You probably never stopped to think if where you live has anything to do with the number of prescription medications you're taking. But if you live in the American South, chances are you take more medications than you would if you lived on the other side of the Mason-Dixon Line.
In fact, when it comes to residents popping the largest numbers of pills, Southern states beat the average by a long shot. States filled an average 11.1 retail prescriptions per capita in 2006, according to the latest figures compiled by the non-profit Kaiser Family Foundation's and Vector One: National, data provider Verispan's national-level prescription and patient tracking service.
Well above that average is West Virginia, which came in first with 17.2 retail prescriptions filled per capita, followed by Missouri, 15.9; Tennessee, 15.8; Alabama, 15.7; and Kentucky, 15.4.

Restaurant Opinion / Re: Miller's Grill

So me and some friends ate there this weekend...all of us walked away in a foul mood. When we first got there some kid had rap music blaring on his laptop computer standing up dancing around in the smoking section. After all of our rude comments that this isn't a club he finally left. Our waiter even though i knew him his ability to refil drinks sucked. and the food yes that too all sucked. I won't be going back and have no desire to go back, i would rather have crappy service at ruby tuesdays than both at this place.

why do you think a dem or liberal would be good for this country?
You want a president to sound out words and LIE to this country?
No i don't want a president that lies to his country which is what  stated.
the state of the economy is a joke
and you find un fair that ALL people should be able to afford and buy a house ?

And brag about how great you are doing with the economy being so great because some of us are hating life with the economy sucking...wish we were all so damn lucky.

I believe I posted my own opinions on the Nobama page,  and i have noticed that you think your opinions are the only right opinions, if you don't like for someone to post theirs then don't start any more topics, geez , you haven't made much since on this topic or the prochoice one.  I am emphatically going to vote against Nobama whether you like it or not so get over it.
And Morphine is a music group i would appreciate it if you would not imply that i do drugs.

Wait,wait.. i never said which canidate i supported nor did i say or "imply" that my opinion is the correct one i stated that i thought that a dem or liberal would be good for this country and i just came across the website it broke things down pretty simply..and i didn't go to that obama naa i don't know where you stand i started this topic to see where a lot people stood on the canidates in hopes that other people would post and open other peoples minds to issues.
To much OD-ing on Morphine makes your mind cloudy and possible thunderstorms may appear!
Morphine, what is pathetic is you get on your high horse about what's right and wrong for this country, yet you can't even display proper respect for the standing President of this nation - don't care if you back him or not, the office, what it means, and what it takes to achieve is worthy of a basic level of respect.

You have zero credibility when you speak of what is good for this country - as it is clear you are fundamentally lacking in certain regards - good judgement and decency among them - and you want to say what's good for America?

And why should i support a president who doesn't take the time to sound out words and lie to his country....

Just go to the Nobama page and you will know why he or anyone else thinks this way.
Or could you support your answer with YOUR beleifs not some stupid website do you let everyone make your decisions for you ?

Eh i think any liberal or democrat will be great for this country..i think john another bush...MORON ! [O look a french word for stop PAA-OO-SAY..]

Why do you think that Barack Obama will tear this country apart ?

Why do you think race, sex and religion are "stupid" answers? woudn't vote for someone because they are black ? a woman ? or because of their relgious beliefs ? Now that is ignorant, and without a canidate to support certain issues how can they ever be brought up in congress to get changed ?

dont hold your breath on it.

How much of the truth do you know about the canidate you support for Decision 08' ? Do you know what they really support and what is truth and what is rumor ? Check all your information at
Now why do you support them ? Or why don't you support them ?
[ No stupid answers like race,sex,relgion,etc..etc..]

No I don't think so.  I'm just say that the Catholic Church is not backing Obama because of his stand on abortion.  I don't know if they are backing McCain or not but I didn't here them make a statement that they were not backing him because of his divorce which last time I heard (and as I said I'm not Catholic) was against the laws of the Catholic church just like abortion is.
It doesn't matter who is standing for abortion or is aganist have to remember that congress is the only one who can change the "law" on it and even then it is a supreme court decsion from the early 1970's[roe v wade] i am wanting to say only the supreme court can make any changes to abortion..but that would be taking away the freedom of choice and going aganist the due process clause in the 14th amendment..[right to privacy] so for all you prolifers..dont hold your breath on a turnover anytime this life time.
