True.. Brandon Smith did bind her up and force her into a room with a gun and stole from her then let her go... The other 2 people nailed the guys hands and feet to a wall, tazed his tounge, beat the living days out of him and cut off his toe (that is all hear say but I have heard it from alot of people and its all the same story)... I understand JB that you didnt have anything to do with it I was just questioning the amounts.... But I dont agree that Brandon is sitting in jail and the other 2 no good pieces of S*** and drug dealers/addicts are out being with their family and friends because they was able to make bail, to me they are WAY more dangerous!!

I am assuming scoobydoo is referring to the Smith case outta Crocker.

Yes the brandon smith case out of Crocker

Ok I have a question. How is it that these 2 people can almost kill someone and get a $50,000 bond but someone who did a burglary and released the lady got $500,000 bond?? Now dont get me wrong in any way, what they both did was VERY wrong and do need to be punished but burglary at $500,00 vs almost killing someone (which to me should be attempted murder because they went there with intentions of hurting him) at $50,000???

(Richland, MO) -- The Missouri Highway Patrol releases details about the fatal shooting of a man from Licking, MO in Pulaski County Sunday.

Patrol Troop I spokesman Sgt. Dan Crane tells KOLR10 News Darryl Eye, 49, of Licking, was shot and killed by a trooper after pulling a gun.

Crane says the incident actually started Saturday with a car chase involving Eye, who was wanted on charges of tampering and resisting arrest.  A trooper's car was hit during the chase and Eye got away.

Sunday, the Patrol got a tip that Eye was hiding out on Randolph Road near the 151 mile marker of I-44 near Richland, Crane said.

According to Crane, when the trooper approached Eye, he pulled a gun.  The trooper reported he believe he heard shots fired. He returned fired at Eye, hitting and killing him.

Crane says Eye had a criminal history of mostly minor traffic infractions and drug possession.

A formal investigation into the shooting is underway.  The trooper who fired the shots is on administrative leave.

We had pictures done on Saturday at the park and was letting the kids play on the equipment then realized it wasnt put together all the way. We thought since the orange construction fence was somewhat gone it was done. And yes we fell in the holes also. There is 2 really big ones by the slide! They really should do something before someone gets really hurt out there!!

had Luigi's for lunch today! I got the pasta sampler (lasagna, manicotti & spinach ravioli). I loved the lasagna! The other 2 were not so good.. Also got bread with it and it was good!!

Hes out now! A friend saw him at Wal-Mart last night. Someone bonded him out. That is just crazy. He needs to be put away for good. Make me sick thinking someone like that is just roaming the streets AGAIN! How many times is it going take??
