I don’t normally get on here... but :) here I am... So for those who don’t know me I am Adrina  :)  I am also Timmy's GF

1st- "they spoke with an employee that works in the maintenance shop and said that they were quoted tires for 105.00….I have no reason to doubt this nor do I have any proof that is what was said. "

If you have no reason to doubt ...... then? Do the employees there not write down who they quote things to?

2nd- "1) The fact that the individual that bought the tires did not actually talk with or get the quote from the employee themselves. In fact they got a quote from an individual that got a quote."

I was that individual that got the quote... but you don’t doubt right? So are you calling me a liar....

3rd- 2) "The individual that actually got the quote was indeed given the wrong quote over the phone."

Indeed given the wrong quote? ok so CUSTOMER SERVICE  on the stations part would have been a step in the RIGHT direction

4th- 3) "The individual that got the quote miss understood the price that was quoted……."

misunderstood the price? see 3rd.... $105 mounted & balanced "out the door" plus tax.......... is what the guy told me on the phone

5th- "The individual with the complaint didn’t actually talk to anyone at the store themselves"

if you looked at your surveillance footage you would see that Tim & I stood there talking to the "store manager" for a good 30 minutes to an hour, with the other 3 employees watching & listening off & on.... the complaint was heard by the "store manager" & the other employees & then again by the cashier that wanted the ticket signed, Tim asked for the owner to call him so this could be worked out!!! I texted you w/ the complaint & then asked you or your dad to call Tim & gave you his #..... :)

6th- I told you I had the paper that I wrote on that day if you wanted to see... no reply

7th- “This incident happened in the middle of the day and there are at least three shift changes a day. I actually seen the note written on the receipt on the 13th of Nov and it was passed along however the individual was never called”

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/follow up!!! I texted you on the 11th & told you Tim was NOT happy & please make contact... So this sounds like you’re excusing the station of poor business procedures... because of shift changes....
2 people that work for that station was told to have the owner to contact because the customer isn’t happy, 2 others employees may have heard that.... then a text sent to you saying the same...

8th- “pending legal actions”

Really? Haven’t been notified by anyone or anything....

Where my pad lock hooks into my bike they had to touch the lock! Because they sawed on my motorcycle. The officer didn't even try to take prints! I'm not saying that they would have gotten a print but they could have. But there was no effort given to find out.
CSI is a television show, i have watched it, but its TV anything is possible there, I'm talking about our real life not TV, when someone has been violated why wouldn't a OFFICER make every effort to help find the person or the print, for the just in case? What if they didn't touch my husbands helmet but they touched mine, my helmet is always on my mirror, it was found in the floor.
I guess as the tootie roll hoot owl says "the world may never know"
You should have all of the info on our case, you can pm me!
BTW your officer told us he would give us a receipt for his helmet and he did not!

Hello All,
I have a question, why is it that when my husbands motorcycle was stolen out of our garage btw the garage was broken into, and fingerprints was not taken off of my motorcycle or my helmet or my chrome pad lock?
The cop said " they probably wont come out as well, so ill send your husbands helmet off"
WHAT?

Local News / Re: standoff in crocker

An armed standoff ended peacefully in Pulaski County. For an hour, authorities surrounded a home in the town of Crocker... After receiving a 9-1-1 call shortly after midnight about a domestic assault. When they arrived, deputies found a man with a gun to his head. After getting the rest of the family outside-- they talked the man into surrendering.

Local News / Shooting in Richland
« on: September 21, 2007, 02:35:34 PM »
Taken from www.ky3.com
From the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department: At 6:59pm on Sept. 20, 2007, the Pulaski County 911 Communications Center notified the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department of a disturbance in progress at 23149 Highway W, Richland, Mo. The first call indicated that a person had been shot. Upon the arrival of the Sheriff’s Deputies at 7:12pm it was determined that one person had been shot.

The responding Deputies secured the scene, including the firearm, and requested the medical units to move down to the scene. The wounded subject was treated at the scene and was later airlifted to a Springfield hospital. There were two other people involved in the disturbance and both of them had visible injuries. One of these subjects refused medical treatment. The third subject was taken to a Lebanon hospital later that night for treatment.

The preliminary assessment of the scene indicated that the subject who had been shot was on the property of another person and that he had attacked the other two subjects with a metal club. One of the people who had been attacked ran back into the home and obtained a firearm. He then shot the subject with the club.

A Pulaski County Sheriff’s Detective responded to the scene to provide additional help with the investigation. Statements were taken from the people still at the scene along with gunshot residue test samples.

At this time the investigation is still underway and no statements of probable cause have been sent to the Prosecutor for the filing of charges. Since the possibility of charges being filed is still open the identity of all the subjects will not be released at this time.

State News / Re: Planned Parenthood Seeks to Halt Mo. Law
« on: August 25, 2007, 12:48:39 AM »
Amen kbohon!

I'm sure I will get bad karma for this but I don't care!

There are lots of women and men that go to Planned Parenthood, for protection and information, and they do not pressure patients into abortions.

Be thankful that they are around! There are a lot of young adults that go to Planned Parenthood for help because their parents will not talk to them about sex or protection. So some but not all younger adults are being responsible for their actions. Or in some cases the parents take their young adults there to take on the responsibility before anything happens, or it could be the easy payment plans.

When you visit a Planned Parenthood Clinic you will find all kinds of leaflets containing all types of information on different subjects from A to Z. Mainly about protection. You can talk to anyone at a Planned Parenthood and they will help you get informed and protected and even help you with payment options.
