I thought they were forced to stop throwing the rolls?

The Point has this contest won hands down, but if you really want to take your relatives to a meal that they will remember for the rest of their lives give Lambert's Cafe "Home of the Throwed Rolls" in Ozark a try.

Got the scoop, sorta.. I was told that they had kicked this military guy out of the bar.. He left the property, then was driving and fired three shots from his pistol into the air. He was arrested by the Police and is now in the custody of the military police...
So, in fact, there wasn't a shooting at the Area 151 club..
The only connection here is that Area 151 was smart enough to know to to get rid of him before he caused trouble there.. Good work Area 151.. Good job protecting your customers from idiots..
On another note, I went there last night to check it out, no matter which way you turned you had security in sight.. I have never seen such a high level of security in any club in my life.. Very safe environment, and from conversations I had with the owner weeks ago it was his number one priority.

Well I assume they have a limit as to how many people can be in the building, in order to make sure all adults can come in. I only assume they have a point where they stop all minors..

And how does the to many minor situation work ?

Are you working for the competition? If that's a joke, it's not funny.. This is now the premier club in town, their employees have the best attitude out there, they took Twilight's business.. They turned away minors because they were tooooooo packed. The owner told me a couple times that he's got too many minors in there, maybe he stopped them. He told me his web site got 2000 plus hits from mine..
SO there was a shooting at 151 tonight, what is that all about ? That doesn't look right, also heard that they turned away minors tonight....

I am starting to think you all are right when you talk about the Waynesville McDonald's. I eat almost daily McDonalds Breakfast in St. Robert, and I can't remember the last time they messed up my order.. Today I was driving bak from Buckhorn area at 10:15 and I figured I better get my Breakfast at Waynesville rather than wait until St.robert due to time constraints.. I ordered three Deluxe Breakfasts.. I got all three but none of the three had any pancakes in them.. They were kind enough to supply the the syrup and butter though. So I went to the web to look up their phone number and got Price Cutter, then went to the phone book for the phone number, and got an answering machine.. As of 2:30 today no one has returned my call.. I left the messge at 11:15.. I ordered the Big Breakfast because I wanted the damn pancakes..

Today two people were banned for name calling and promoting their own copycat site similar to this one. Their domain name was spelled wrong and their Restaurant Opinon topic was even spelled wrong, once again I enjoyed it.. Before you ask, no I will not reveal the domain name, as that's what their goal was, trust me you aren't missing much as their two members haven't written anything but a plea for money. Like other wannabe boards before them, they suddenly start bashing our board to promote theirs, by pretending they are offended at how I run this board, or we are unfair rhetoric to try and turn people away from this board..

If anyone gets any spam from them, there are rewards for this information..

As a rule I don't follow the Christian debates on here. I have known since the begining of it that no conclusion will be reached, as this arguement has went on for 2000 years.

I let the comment slide because "Attention Whore" is a figure of speech and he wasn't calling god a whore.. I too was shocked by his statement, and should have asked him to refrain, but I didn't. It was walking the thin line no doubt. I must also add that I haven't the time to babysit every little detail on here. It is very difficult to decide what should be allowed on here, and what shouldn't be allowed on here, Eeyore and I debate many a post, she would be much stricter than I. My philosophy is to not micro manage all your remarks, or treat you all like school children. The fact that he is against Christianity does not constitutute disciplinary action.. The jury of public opinion can make their own conclusions..

Debating with DN on religion is pointless.  Look at any thread on this board that even mentions it and you will find him attacking religion in the nastiest way he can muster.  His posts are 'baiting' and his rants about how religion is the root of all things bad are simply a mask for his personal vendetta's.
I could just as easily say that it people like him that refute all things good becuase they are simply oppositionally defiant - DN, IMHO it is people like you that are responsible for the moral degredation in this country - but I respect your right to choose and believe as you wish - but I DO NOT have to respect, nor tolerate your profane and outright attacks on Christianity.
He hates Christianity - I get it - therefore we can conclude he hates Christians - I get it - I have NEVER seen him rant, insult, defame or attack anyone of any other religionTHAT is my point - why do the mods tolerate his unmasked and obvious baiting?  Why is it ok to attack people of a certain religion and even the God of that religion?
To speak of a religious groups God as a "whore'" is pathetic...
I'm digusted by his silly little game, but even more disgusted by the fact that it is tolerated

Debate is great.  Discussion, analysis, etc - great.  But DN's blatant, outright hatred of all things Christian is over the top - it is possible to make what-ever point he wants to make without attacking a large sector of the population in a vulgar, insulting and abusive manner.

News Release
Arrest and SWAT News
Pulaski County Sheriff J. B. King
Sept. 18, 2008

On Aug 9, 2008, a Pulaski County deputy attempted a vehicle stop inside the city limits of Dixon, Missouri. A short pursuit followed and the pursuit ended with a vehicle accident near the Junction of Rt. C and Mo. 28. A mobile meth lab was found in the vehicle. A male passenger in the vehicle was arrested and charged with possession of the chemicals associated with the meth lab.

The female driver of the vehicle fled after the wreck and was not captured. The driver was identified as Tracy Perkins, age 24, of Dixon, Missouri. At the time of this incident Perkins was wanted on two felony probation warrants. On Sept. 13, 2008, a second pursuit involving Perkins occurred on Burlington Road near Hancock. Perkins was operating an ATV and fled from deputies when they attempted to stop her. The pursuit traveled approximately four miles on Burlington Road. The chase ended when Perkins attempted to exit the roadway into a field. She crashed the ATV into a gate and the ATV overturned. Perkins then fled on foot and a Pulaski County deputy had to run her down on foot.

Perkins was taken to the Pulaski County jail and held. A number of traffic tickets were issued for violations that occurred during the pursuit. On Sept. 17, 2008, Perkins was transported to the Missouri Department of Corrections by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department to serve time for the violation of her terms of probation.

On Sept. 16, 2008, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department hosted a special SWAT team sniper training session at our range. SWAT snipers from fourteen central Missouri law enforcement agencies attended the one-day event. Each team participated in a series of live fire exercises that were designed to test their stamina, shooting skill and stealth.

At the same time the entry team members from these same fourteen teams attended another series of live fire exercises that were held at the Camden County Sheriff’s Department range in Camden County.

On Sept. 17 and 18, all fourteen teams participated in another series of special exercises at a location near Columbia Missouri. The focus of these exercises was on building entry and hostage rescue. The Pulaski County Emergency Response Team (PCERT) was involved in the training all three days.

I was told quite convincingly that this same thing happened at a church in West Waynesville, and he still comes here to preach on occasion.

If you can't understand that what the Catholic Church does with its money involves the billions spent on paying off the victims of the systematic rape of little boys, you have zero clue about what the Church SHOULD be about.

Look at what I wrote, not what you want to read.

Was the dispatcher also responsible for the content of the information given from the 911 operator?
Or did the dispatcher speak directly to the elderly lady?
Only one person was in error, the sheriff's dispatcher. The dispatcher failed to send someone to check on the lady.

You missed the point, the leak is not in the Commissioners office.. Had the leak been in the Commissioners office, it would be fixed immediately.

That what happens when you only have a single track mind. There should be at least two back up plans so that you don't have to be down. As for as the leaks I believe there is 1.4 million or so in courthouse improvement fund use it.  :lurking:    :th_police:

Welcome back Over(dose.
So I have heard much of this place, and have been rather curious of it all.
And after reading these posts I am ashamed that you are the present and future of this country of freedom.

It's embarrassing how you all seem to infringe on the rights of others with your blatantly obtuse views on what you don't understand.
I see how many of you cut down the Christian faith, or proudly misrepresent it.
I see how many of you make wild assumptions of less-than-common views such as Wicca.

As fellow Americans, i feel you ALL should realize that no opinion is right, nor it it wrong. It is a personal thought often (and hopefully) formed from personal experiences or encounters.
And yet none of you seem to practice that. You tear one another apart for their religious beliefs with FALSE scriptures taken out of context and FALSE documents written by biased fools.

Not one of you would hesitate to tear apart another with good intentions, wanting only to share and compare their thoughts, and yet when your own views are questioned, you quickly take to the defense, calling on them for infringing on your beliefs, and your rights.

I am not Christian
I am not Satanic
I am not Buddhist
For all that matters here

I am one of FEW willing to accept others for their beliefs without forcing my unwelcome views in their faces.

Excuse me for not infringing on your rights while practicing my own.

I have became pretty good friends with Stefan, he's from an eastern Block country, he doesn't quite understand our culture 100 percent, that combined with his frustration of finding and retaining good help is the reason for this.. He also is a perfectionist and wants his customers to be satisfied.. There used to be a skit on Saturday night live where they repeatedly said Cheeseburga, Cheeseburga, no fries, chips, he reminds me of that. I had to explain to him that we don't call women babe,  to him this is affectionate, and to us it could be considered a bad thing.. All in all he has great intentions and wants what's best for you the customer.
He is a great guy that has a lot of work and pressure on him, soon he will be a father to a girl as he and his wife are expecting again...
The kid friendly enviornment is pretty awesome.. I was a little bit upset when they put the wall up i used to love watching them make the food and cutting the gyro. The pizza is always great and loaded with toppings, worth the prices. My favorite is the calzone!! you can make any pizza a calzone. its great. I also love the alfredo with chicken its great.. OH  and the newer chicken alfredo pizza.. so good!! The hot wings are great and the waitresses are always kind. I have my favorites of waitresses in there. My favorite waitress is always kind and she jokes around with me which i love. I like the fact that the waitresses connect with you and talk to you, unlike most places they aren't smug and they enjoy talking. I think I might gather some people and go tonight. But the food is great and the waitresses are pretty nice. The only thing I'd complain about would be when the Owner, not sure what is name is, or if he is the owner, (don't go enough) would stop screaming at the waitresses. It ruins the experiences, and makes everyone uncomfortable. It's like he doesnt care everyone in the resturant can hear him screaming at the waitresses in such harsh tones. I've seen him make one cry, that almost made me stop coming. But the food is great, and whenever i go i try to get the same waitress and i know she enjoys me when i come with my large group of people and my family. They all are. Its like your a family member that was lost and they found you :) haha. but seriously go try it out.. they've changed a lot of stuff.

Like the guy wearing the Zig Zag T-Shirt, with a beard and long hair? No one would think for a second he might be high..

People tend to associate anyone who looks and behaves differently with illegal or immoral activity.  The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept.
