More pictures that you all love so well. News Release Arrest Statutory Sodomy Second Degree Pulaski County Sheriff J. B. King December 8, 2010
On April 14, 2010, an investigator from the Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, requested assistance from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s office with the investigation of an alleged sodomy incident involving an adult male and a minor child. Working in conjunction with the children’s division the investigation resulted in a number of witness and suspect interviews over a period of time. No information on these interviews or statements or other details of the investigation will be released.
On May 31, 2010, a statement of probable cause was sent to the Pulaski County Prosecutor requesting a charge of statutory sodomy second degree be filed on the adult male suspect.
On December 3, 2010, the prosecutor filed one count of statutory sodomy in the second degree, a class C felony, on Jerry L. Shelton, age 68, of 606 West Seventh Street, Dixon, Missouri.
Shelton was arrested by Pulaski County deputies the evening of December 7, 2010, and taken to the Pulaski County Jail. Shelton posted a $25,000 bond and was released from custody.
Please remember that the charge against Jerry L. Shelton is a mere accusation and not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.

LIGHTEN UP CHAS FARNHAM OR YOU MIGHT GET "SHOT IN THE HEAD" Now this a guy that should be shot in the head he is no better then a foreign spy. If they find the Americans that are releasing this info to wilileaks should found guilty of treason and shot in the head. Any paper that prints it, the editor and the reporter that writes it up should be shot in the head.

Not sure why the report says that he was pronounced.. I spoke to Paula Farris yesterday (She's close friends with Madonna Parsons) she also said that they were taking him off life support today. Odd police report for sure..

STOUTLAND, Mo. The Camden County Sheriff's Department is investigating the deaths of three people at a home about two miles north of Stoutland along Highway T. Tipsters called the department between 8 and 9 a.m. Friday and said two males and one female were killed but investigators at the scene wouldn't say if that information is correct. The deputies interviewed did not know at this who made the phone call, or wouldn't say..

They need to put a a stop to the drug dealing doctors. Our illustrious Governor who seems to love the One, is now going to make it harder to get cold meds without seeing a Dr. Think the lines to see a Dr. are long now? WTF are they thinking up there in Jeff City? this is bordering on insanity. It is about CONTROL. they already place the pseudoephedrine behind the counter. If they are that worried, then perhaps they should require all pharmacies out there to be interlinked so people won't buy the max at one store and then go to another. http://www.kspr.com/news/local/kspr-missouri-governor-wants-prescr-113010,0,1534044.story

It is not that bad, you are just too sensitive.. LOL Politicians who have nothing to hide have to be brave to come on here because you do get racked up for a cue ball shot about once a week or better.

Kevin is always the Humble Modest one. Here is a picture I found of him on Facebook..The Hillmanator - Super Hero Wow, I go away for Thanksgiving and there is lots of talk about me. Even mention of me being a superhero, which is a first. I'll have to tell my wife. Anyways, to answer your questions, yes, funding is going to be a headache. To properly run this office it would be the prosecutor and 4-5 assistants based on our population. Phelps County has had 3-4 assistants depending on the timing over the last 8 years with a similar population. Do I think I am going to get that many assistants, no. I am however working on getting more, and working on how to fund it. Right now I think I have a realistic formula to get 2 and perhaps an additional part time person. I would also like to add at least a part time staff person to help with the additional caseload. I have to keep telling myself that I can not do all that I want in the first week. Contrary to popular belief, or 2 Card JonE's opinion, I am not a superhero and just a normal guy trying to do my best with the cards I am dealt. I will pledge that hopefully by this time next year you all will be at least partially happy with the results. If not, I'll be on here for you to ask me why and to defend myself. I did want to mention that the current prosecutor has been working with me on the transition. She has let me meet with the staff and ask for their ideas. She has also promised to sit down in December and go over the current cases with me. I can not answer about why cases are not being filed, but I will review these if they are still pending after Jan. 1st. -Kevin

Politicians who have things to hide never get on here. I don't think she has ever got on here to defend herself. Maybe when she no longer PA she will and let us know what she was thinking.

I know you can't if it is from the Military.. You're right, that is all that matters. But it still would be nice to see him have to pay for being a dead beat dad, among many other things. I was told he is about to start receiving disability, can they garnish that?

Mention Gatehouse Media in your quote and it would be more believable. If DTM had written this it the headline would have been " Man who used to soil pants as an infant arrested for violation of protection order"
