  • Lepard LLC: Why so long before it comes online? 911 took out a loan or bond with the known guarantee payment and began building..

  • Valor7: Actually no it is not, a dependable Revenue stream will not come on line until the 4th quarter of 2017 so 2018 budget will be up in the air, not quite sure what they will have. By 2019 budget all will be well.

  • Valor7: I could have worded that better, we talked details, options, the pros and cons of each, in  order to arrive at the best ballot language to present to the voters. Hope that makes this clearer.

  • Valor7: Yes and no. We talked details and options until we were blue in the face but I never heardbring it over, it was always the time was not right for the issue to pass. Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. The Sheriff's Office needs the help.

Click here to find out more!    Five killed in plane crash near Willard, MO Crash happened in a field on Farm Road 81 north of Highway 123 by Mike Landis and Sara Forhetz, KY3 News KY3 8:15 a.m. CDT, September 15, 2012   WILLARD, Mo.-- A small single-engine plane crashed early Saturday morning, claiming the lives of everyone on board: a father, his three children, and a family friend.
The Highway Patrol confirms the deceased as 44-year old John M. Lambert of Springfield, 10-year old Joshua Lambert, 15-year old McKinley Lambert, and 16-year old Grayson Lambert. Robin E. Melton, 46 and of Ozark, was also killed.
The aircraft plummeted into a farm pasture on Farm Road 81 (north of Hwy. 123) around 12:30 am.  The site is northwest of Willard and south of Cave Spring.  The impact caused the plane to disintegrate into a small field of debris, rendering the fuselage unrecognizable.  One official working the crash described it as a 'horrific scene.'

The patrol said the plane was a four or five-seat, privately-owned aircraft which was attempting to land at the Springfield-Branson National Airport.  The crash scene is about 5 miles northwest of the airport.
A neighbor who lives near the scene told KY3 News they heard the engine of a low-flying plane just after midnight, and heard a loud 'thud' moments later.
Authoririties on scene aren't sure what caused the plane to go down, and whether inclement weather in the area near the time of the crash played a part.
Investigators brought in large floodlights to illuminate the scene overnight, and worked through the night to cover the remnants of the plane with large tarps.  Dozens of orange cones could also be seen across the field, marking the locations of pieces of the aircraft.
FAA and NTSB investigators were expected to arrive on the scene by late Saturday morning.  They will take over the investigation, which is currently being handled by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
