Tyce Smith, very aggressive very good at breaking people down on the stand. I hired him once and he destroyed my opponent on the stand, my opponent didn't know what hit him..

I suggest Smith too. I hired Dunbar when it was Smith, Dunbar, Turley. Midway through the case, Smith took over. Dunbar had taken a corporate position for a bank or something. (not exactly positive on that one) Smith took over and did an excellent job. He isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

My neighborhood hired Tyce and he has done a good job.

Although Wayne Gifford doesn't appear to be a good lawyer he is like a pitbull when he wants something. John Farris is also really good.

Anyone at Smith Turley.

I believe John Garrabrant (sp?) is with that firm.  You all may remember him from the last election for prosecutor.

I like Garrabrand, I voted for him.

Last I heard Tyce Smith wasn't taking any civil cases.

May have started again since then.

He is out of Springfield his toll free number is 1-888-887-9455 and his email is mcstoff@sbcglobal.net

Also if you get him and you live around or close to Waynesville he will make an appointment with you to meet with you at Mark Prughs office, You will only deal with him he just uses the office to talk to people close around here.

Call the state bar.  And research the attorney for bar complaints, reprimands or other sanctions.
"There are plenty of good reasons for fighting, but no good reason ever to hate without reservation, to imagine that God almighty Himself hates with you, too. Where's evil? It's that large part of every man that wants to hate without limit, that wants to hate with God on its side." - Kurt Vonnegut
