I'm not trying to be mean, but that mole/wart grew on Matt's forehead during the season and I think he was always wearing hats down over it to hide it and that just bothered me.  That had to effect his confidence.  I was really surprised about Adam in the bottom two.  His fans slacked off it seems.

Well I wasn't sad to see Matt go, he was good but not as good as the others. As for Kris he's growing on me more and more every week. So I think my order is Danny, Kris, Adam, Alllison.

My wife says kris cant sing as well as the others, but it doesnt matter because he is so cute and lovable.  She just wants to bring him home and put him on a shelf so she admire his cuteness.  She just loves his smile.

Personally, i think he could sneak under the radar and win the whole thing. Even though I hope to see adam win

I think sometimes the fans are worried about someone else getting voted off so they switch and focus on voting for the other person assuming that other fans will keep up on their original favorite, if any of that made any sense. Clear as mud?

Kris is a handsome guy and like others have said a quiet force that could just sneak in there but I think your wife is right, he doesn't have as strong a voice or presence so guess only time will tell.

Another factor is where the fans swing when THEIR Idol gets voted off...like who got Anoop an Lil Rounds fans?  Something tells me those fans wouldn't be as crazy for Adam...maybe I'm wrong, but those were blues/soul fans who would more than likely swing toward Danny.

I agree Jamie Foxx sounded terrible and he can sing but as the judges always "that was a bad song choice."

It was sort of funny how he'd hold the microphone up in the air and shake it like he expected the audience to jump in there and sing (lol)...they didn't.

Yeah we turned it while Jamie Fox was singing, I wasn't impressed at all. I don't like it when they modify their voice anyway.

I voted twice as much this week for Adam than I usually do, just to play it safe and I was completely shocked when he was in the bottom three. I didn't think he would go home, but was really scared for a minute. I'm not so sure anymore if he will win or not. I hope he does, but we will see. Next week being rock week I think Adam and Allison might have a decent chance over the others. Time will tell.

WoW...So glad they had Slash on.  It's getting very tough to decide now.  They were all good, but I'd put Kris and Adam in the bottom two with Kris leaving.  Danny was just too awesome and Allison was fantastic (she's not my favorite to win, but she was pretty doggone good).

I think it was unfair that they put Adam and Allison together and Danny and Kris together in the duets.  They should have paired up one rocker with each of the non rockers.  Kind of gave Adam and Allison an unfair advantage.

I didn't care for any of the performances last night but then I'm not a fan of rock music.

I think Kris will be the next to go.

Didn't care for Adam either, hate to see Kris go but its probably inevitable. I have to agree that Allison did do very well.

Wow, you can tell the differences between everyone here.

I love rock, oldies to present.  I thought adam and allison did the best last night, with allison actually doing better than adam imo.  She was fantastic doing a janice joplin song, which i said in an earlier post that she had that type of voice.  Adam and Allisons duet was really really good.

But i didnt think either kris or Danny did that well on either thier individuals songs or the duet, except during the harmonies. And i have to agree that this wasnt the genre for either of them, and to make things even should have repaired them with the other two.  That being said sometimes i think AI does that on purpose. I would hope not, but some things make you wonder

I think it will be Kris going home tonight, but you never can tell

Ok what a shocker last night result show was.  I know some of you will be happy that allison got sent home, but really if it was based on tuesdays nights performance and not overall performance, it should have been danny.  Overall performance it should have been Kris going home.

Well, all that being said, my wife is happy about kris staying.  She still says it is his smile and not his singing that is keeping him on the show, and she would still bring him home and put him on the mantle just to look at his smile.

Fafrd, that's what the show is all about. I know it is a singing competition but when it comes right down to it it is a popularity and beauty contest.

People vote for who they like even if they aren't the best singer.

For instance if Danny and Adam make it to the final two.  I will vote for Danny because I like him better than Adam even though Adam is a most outstanding singer much better than Danny.

I haven't voted yet this year but I will for the finals.

You might as well because I think Adam will make it in the business regardless if he wins or not.   Solo singers (unless your country or a woman) just don't seem to be that big in demand right now.

I think that Adam did a good job tuesday and am glad to see him stay. It sux that
Allison had to go home, but I honestly figured she would with the way she reacted to Simon. I think that she did right for everything that was being said, but I just got this weird feeling that that would make her be the one to go home.

It seems like toward the end of the season, the contestants start getting cocky and full of themselves and forgetting what they are there for.  So far Danny, Adam and Chris have stayed true to the nature of the show.  They are competing and doing their best each week.  It seems like when one of the others would spout off on their smart alecky little tangent and "give it" to the judges, they were soon gone.

I have only seen a few shows this year, Adam is a pro, (even if he wheres eyeliner) LOL. They are all very talented, glad I don't have to vote. Makes me feel very amateurish when I sing at church.

Well...the striped spandex leotards and open-lace workboots were almost too much for me to like...HOWEVER I was a big fan of Paul Revere and the Raiders when I was a kid and they wore the same stuff, so...the eyeliner is a sign of the times...I guess.  Especially with all the hype about Twilight.  I think he wins that age group over.  They say he's gay.  I don't look at My Space or any of that, so I'm not sure.  He doesn't look Gay (if Gayness has a look).
