Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. That is so funny.

I mean, seriously, that perfectly describes the pathology of the psychosis of the Republican party.

Nothing is ever a Republican's fault, because every single problem the US faces is some past Democratic president's fault.

You people are straight up crazy.

You got to love when it says it was started by Clinton in the 80s on Bushes watch? You are not only straight up crazy, but your clocks apparently run backward. Clinton was not elected until 1992 and served until 2001. There was some strange guy who served 2 terms in the 80s though. Cant really remember his name, but it started with R

Where does it say this?   Actuallly it started with the carter administration when they passed the CRA which was then used by Clinton, Frank etc in the late 90's to push subprime loans

Why didn't Reagan, Bush 1 or Bush 2 fix it?

Because its a lie.

Did not read the list huh? Or did you just not get past number 1? Because this was number 2, and the first line was even underlined. How can we have a classroom discussion if you do not read the assignment?

for those who's heads are not in the sand but somewhere else.

Jimmy's Community Reinvestment Act forced .gov to back bad loans. George Bush
tried to stop them in 2003, but fannie mae/freddie mac had powerful Democrat friends in the Senate who stopped him: Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and Barack Obama.
John McCain tried to stop them in 2005, but was blocked by Senate Democrats when he sponsored the Housing Enterprise Regulatory Act. He tried again in 2007.
J More..im Johnson and Franklin Reins bankrupted these companies: what did Obama do? HE HIRED THEM INTO HIS PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Less..

Sorry I thought you were refering to an individuals post. However we can agree the mess was started by Clinton and company under the CRA passed in 1977.   I believe they were trying to tie this to the savings and loan problems in the 1980"s
