  • Valor7: Actually no it is not, a dependable Revenue stream will not come on line until the 4th quarter of 2017 so 2018 budget will be up in the air, not quite sure what they will have. By 2019 budget all will be well.

  • Valor7: I could have worded that better, we talked details, options, the pros and cons of each, in  order to arrive at the best ballot language to present to the voters. Hope that makes this clearer.

  • Valor7: Yes and no. We talked details and options until we were blue in the face but I never heardbring it over, it was always the time was not right for the issue to pass. Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. The Sheriff's Office needs the help.

Ok.  First he has licenses for all his silencers.  Second, there is no BAT listed to tell us he was drunk.  Third, the car was not moving and they have not said whether or not the keys were in the ignition. since he has a collector's license, he can also have the switchblade as a curio.  So it all comes down to BAT and whether or not he was drunk.  I don't agree with drinking and having loaded firearms in my possession, but the cop (very young and inexperienced) overreacted to the situation and may have filed charges that are not germaine.  Stalking is subjective and that will be difficult to prove.  Hope he was legally sober and takes them to the cleaners.  Oh, and since he has the licenses and ATF tax forms, they need to return all his possessions to him.  Ammo included.  I really want to see those weapons self load too.  Might be a new experience.
Ps:  I want to see that .9mm  About the size of a pin head for the projectile.  I see this at the moment as theft under color of law.
