Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. The Sheriff's Office needs the help.

My daughter had ahold of the little pig a few times but it slipped away too cute.  She was so disappointed, but then my oldest son caught a pig and she was soooooo excited that we were going to have a pig.  Well they wouldn't let my son take a pig.  They said the 13-15 year old age group was "just for fun" and they wouldn't be getting a pig or the option of any money.   After reading the rules that age division didn't get the option of money, but just the pig... then they refused to give him the pig.  Perhaps I'm reading the rules wrong but it says "responsible for their own pig" which means they should get to keep the pig right?

Their rules are clearly as follows:

5. There will be two divisions with two classes in each division: 5-6 years class one, 7-8 will be class two, 9-10 years will be
class 3, and 11-12 years will be class four. There will be a third division with one class ages 13-15 years of age.

11. Prizes for each class: Division 1 classes 1 and 2, child may either keep the pig they caught or return it for
$10.00. Division 2 classes 3 and 4, child may either keep the pig they caught or return it for $20.00. Division 3
class 1 will be responsible for their own pig caught.

This was after ALL night of them saying if you catch a pig you get to keep it.  I had some very heartbroken children when we left. :(

The big kids weren't even given the option of money.  They told them that age group was "just for fun"  It does not say anything about "just for fun" in the rules.

I read that bullriding was $8 per person and under 12 was free.
