I had to drive a friend out on post today and we tried Stefano's, totally from the recommendation of the good folks on this board. We were not disappointed at all. Absolutely fantastic! We are going back again and soon. Thanks!!!

If you get the gyro sandwich -- add some feta cheese! Yum!

I will have to try that, but really thought it was awesome just the way it was. My daughter wants to try the gyro pizza- we are supposed to take her there to eat before she goes back to school.

Just a little perturbed that on this site they advertise a 3-topping internet special for $10.30 (no coupon that I could see) and then no one working there seemed to know anything about it and we had to pay $16.30.  Pizza was really good...we like it, but don't offer a special and then act like we don't know what we are talking about.  Six bucks is six bucks.
....and that night as the moon crossed the mountain, one more Coyote was heard...

No, thank you though.  I don't want a refund. We enjoyed the pizza...the best thing would be to let all his cashiers know, or post a dated coupon or number or something on-line to take in with you.  I really don't know how that works.  I can see he'd have to be careful or no one would be paying full price ever.  And to him it wouldn't be a matter of just six bucks.

Spoke to Stephan, he had changed the special two days ago and didn't realise the old special was on his menu page. I had only changed it on the main page of this site, and not on his menu page as we were in the process of updating his menu page. It is being changed now.

We love Stefanos.  I actually had to pick up a gyro and take it to Texas for my Dad because he said they're the best he's had since we lived in Chicago.

We're from Chicago and we think Stefanos is better. You do have to be careful when placing an order, the waitresses are a little slow. Our granddaughter loved that she could watch pizzas being made.

That reminds me that my sister is coming in from Tucson this weekend, and I asked her to bring me some Green Corn Tamales, and two Greasy Tonys Roast Beef Subs with her. When I fly into Tucson, I stop on my way to her house and buy a sub from them. Some things you just love..

The Radio Station in Chicago that I listen to when I cannot sleep = often gives away Lobster Grams to callers as prizes -- say they are caught from Maine and are sent to your door same day :).  I'll have to get you the number.

I just wanted to let everyone know that today I found out that Stefanos has been totally remodeled this week and they have updated their menu to reflect a more fine dining atmosphere. The walls, decor and everything looks great. Once again they have topped the competition with a total remodel. GREAT JOB!!! They will be open on Wednesday so check them out.

We went here for dinner today, and we were impressed with the remodel. It is a much warmer atmosphere, with a Greek flair. The wait staff were extremely friendly, and attentive. Hubby ordered the gyros, my daughter and I had the Chicken fettuccine alfredo, and our son had a pepperoni pizza. The food arrived quickly, and was hot and delicious. The Portions were huge! We left with to go boxes, because there was so much.

Excellent meal and service. Stefeno's gets a 5 out of 5!

By the way, each kid 10 and under eat free from the kids menu with the purchase of an adult meal on Saturdays. Dine in only I believe.
Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
