  • Valor7: Yes and no. We talked details and options until we were blue in the face but I never heardbring it over, it was always the time was not right for the issue to pass. Glad to see the time in now right and I for one shall vote yes on the ballot. I would urge all others to do the sameour county is busting at the seams crimewise and no matter how many bad guys we send off there always seems to someone to replace them. The Sheriff's Office needs the help.

Man from Lebanon MO is charged for double homicideby Jay Scherder, KY3 News Story Published: Jul 27, 2010 at 9:56 AM CDT
Story Updated: Jul 27, 2010 at 10:57 AM CDT

LEBANON, Mo.-- Investigators believe a man from Lebanon with a long criminal history killed an elderly couple who lived near Bennett Spring State Park, and then tried to burn their bodies to destroy the evidence. Jesse Driskill, 30, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action, and two counts of first-degree burglary.
A probable cause statement used as the basis of the charges says Driskill murdered Johnnie Wilson, 82, and Coleen Wilson, 76. Investigators say there are signs the woman was assaulted. Both had head injuries, and were covered in blankets. An accelerant was found on the blankets but investigators say it failed to light.

The original photo is from FRDC (Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center), so this is not his first go around with prison either.  Hope they throw the book at him.

Why waste taxpayers dollars on him?  If, he is found guilty...take him out back  and hang him... don't even waste the cost of ammo to shoot him, rope can be reused.

Well Matrsnot, I had thought about how a 4x4 could be used, but I realized that it could break and would thus be rendered useless for any other project.  Do ya think I'm getting a tad too soft-hearted in my old age?

Not too bad, but we could do it like they do in Iran... bury him up to his shoulders then stone him to death.....

Ok, I just listened to the story from the news.... Death is way too good for this sick SOB.  He needs to suffer SEVERELY.  No amount of torture is enough for this sorry a$$.  He needs to suffer for the rest of his sorry, miserable life.

Waynesvillian has the beginning of it correct.  But stake him out next to the ant hill and pour honey on him.

  • This sad story started out as something that the citizens ofPulaski County are familiar with, a simple theft of property. I hope that the Commissionerswill remember this the next time they decide if we should vote on increasing theSheriff’s budget.

Man I hate to write this but my first reaction to this story was thank God it has not yet happened in Pulaski. But it will.

Let him dig his own hole (over a yellow jacket nest) after he has been infected with brucellosis for a few weeks.

What a shame that good money has to be wasted on this low-life, oxygen wasting, slimeball.  Unfortunately, he has rights, and one of them is the right to a fair trial.  IF, he's eligible for the death sentence, then more money will be wasted taking care of him until sentencing is carried out.  Having him in jail is a waste of money, as he seems to be quite use to the system and probably feels at home in jail.

This scumbucket of a human being has done more than "just" take the lives of those two people.  The family of the people he decided to kill, the friends of the murder victims, the Officers that had to work the case, the people that have either been told about it, or read about this case, all are affected.   It's a DAMN shame his Mother didn't have an abortion when she was pregnant with him, but hopefully our criminal justice system will be able to "perform" a post-term abortion on him! ;D
