3 Sentenced to the Department of Corrections
Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that three offenders were sentenced to the Department of Corrections in court action over the past two weeks. The first offender, Anthony Goree, of St. Robert, was on probation on a charge of Tampering in the First Degree.  After violating the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutorís Office filed a motion to revoke the Defendantís probation.  Judge Storie granted the motion by revoking his probation and sentenced the Defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections. The original investigating agency on this case was the St. Robert Police Department. The second offender was Ashley Monell of Crocker.  She was on probation from a charge of unlawful use of a weapon.  After violating the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutorís Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Warren granted the motion by revoking her probation and sentencing her to four years in the Department of Corrections. The original investigating agency was the Pulaski County Sheriffís Department. The final offender, Richard Greene, was sentenced in Phelps County Circuit Court on a change of venue case from Pulaski County.  Mr. Greene was sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections by Judge Sheffield after the prosecutorís office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  He had previously pled guilty to stealing a backhoe.  The original investigating agency was the St. Robert Police Department. These cases were prosecuted by Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Ken Clayton.  Please direct all questions to Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney.
