I am curious about Child Support. My husband called CSE yesterday and was told there was nothing they could do because they do not have a good address on ex wife. His child support was ordered in a divorce decree in Feb 2009. She owes $10,203. Can he file a civil contempt without CSE since it was ordered in a divorce decree and not through CSE?

NCP is currently on probation for a previous nonpayment case and is wanted by probation and parole.

You could, but they would still have to serve him.  If he is an absconder from probation, he probably has a warrant for his arrest.  My guess is he will be picked up sooner or later.

Thank you Mr. Hillman. I really think that we are not going to push the child support issue. We would rather try for abandonment since she hasn't had contact with the  kids in 2 years. Then I can adopt them.

Bottom line, you can't do much if you can't find her.
