To answer the question about the drugs this event was big enough that it would have required 100+ Law Enforcement to contain/arrest people for smokeing weed. It would have been like going to woodstock and trying to stop people lol. To answer your question about the 100 tickets. Waynesville and I belive St. Robert also, particpate in grants from MODOT for highway safety. Meaning they have extra officers come in on days off or work over time to work traffic. MODOT does DWI saturations and Seat belt saturations, and I was told that this one was a DWI saturation. Also just a heads up the Waynesville Police Department has a Facebook page that you can like and follow. All of the Officers make status updates about what they did on there shifts and provide details about how many stop/tickets/DWI's were done on the saturations. You may find that a lot more stuff goes on in the city limits of Waynesville then most people think. Here is the link http://www.facebook.com/pages/Waynesville-Police-Department/395732743788661
Why did the Daily Guide have to print "The Shrine Park is the same venue where they have the Freedom Rally" Now everyone will think we have naked women, drinking people, and so on.....oh crap, we do. Well they still did not need to add that to their article
That will make the ticket sales go up...... what could be better than Naked women and beer Do you want me to post it down here Geez? we have a biker babe grope that comes to our beach bash.....Lots of BOOBIES!!
Wondering Maynard if "grope" was a misspelling or not. Im leaning to the not, since you posted it
Yup, I saw it and nope, i wasn't biting
Yes we did. Richard Engle Shrine Park. And yes, it was a nice party that nobody knew about. I also talked to some Shriners that we down back selling ice and they said it was not nearly as bad as the LE and media made it sound. Yes there were a few naked peopel, maybe 20 out of 1000, but nothing drastic. And they said they did not smell over power oder of drugs either.
Well, obviously they must have been high on drugs themselves (they were probably naked too). We all know that LE and media don't over exaggerate anything. They operate on the facts, just the facts (anyone else hear that voice in their head when they read this?)
Thank god they were not naked and wearing biker colors, Waynesville PD would have asked for swat back up
That should some it up!
