News Release
Arrest for Burglary
Pulaski County Sheriff J. B. King
Dec. 21, 2012

At approximately 3:06pm on Dec. 19, 2012, Pulaski County deputies were sent to an address on Lace lane in Waynesville for a reported burglary in progress. As the deputies approached the scene one deputy saw a male subject in the woods that bordered the roadway. The deputy made contact with this subject and detained him while the investigation was ongoing.

A second deputy went to the scene of the reported burglary and found that a TV, valued at $1,000 had been taken in the burglary. A next door neighbor had observed the burglary in progress and had reported the incident. The neighbor then confronted the suspect who immediately left the scene.

The description of the suspect matched that of the subject detained by the first deputy. The suspect admitted to the deputy he had entered his “friends” residence. The suspect was taken to the Pulaski County Jail. A statement of probable cause was sent to the Pulaski County Prosecutor requesting charges for this incident.

The prosecutor filed one count of burglary in the second degree, a class C felony, on Justin Michael Bradford, age 20, of 13950 Haystack Lane, Dixon, Mo. The bond on Bradford was set at $20,000. Bradford posted bond and was released from custody.
