I know open carry is legal in MO, but I also know that every area has it's own statutes.  Is open carry legal in ST Robert/Waynesville/Crocker areas?  I usually CC but the other day I saw an older gentlemen in ST Robert Walmart with a sidearm on.

LE would have us believe no open carry is legal and they are wrong.  I do know Waynesville has no ordinance against open carry.  Not sure about the other two entities you inquired about.  Of course you should just CC  then no locals will hassle you or relieve you of your property when you have committed NO CRIME and they have no suspicion that you have committed or about to commit a crime.  Just so they can illegally run the serial numbers on it to make sure it is not "stolen."

I am not sure of the local ordinances in the cities because I do not deal with them at my level.  I know the county does not have a prohibition against it.  The St. Robert City Code is online at their website as I think Waynesville is as well.  I do not know about Crocker.  Sorry.
