23 Offenders Sentenced to the Department of Corrections
Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following individuals were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections in Circuit Court action over the last two months.  Those offenders were:
 
1.      Antoine Haggard of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Robbery in the Second Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance in a County Jail.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to fifteen years in the Department of Corrections on the Robbery count and seven years in the Department of Corrections on the Possession count.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and the Waynesville Police Department investigated these cases.
 
2.      Randy Phillips of Richland.  The defendant was on probation for Receiving Stolen Property and Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
3.      Michael Harrenton of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Statutory Sodomy.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to twelve years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
4.      Jason Pease of St. Clair.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
5.      William Stoll of Richland.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
6.      Calvin Johnson of Richland.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
7.      Denver Blevins of Dixon.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
8.      Duane Farley of Crocker. The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
9.      Shontay Robinson of Devils Elbow.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
10.  Rhonda Perdue of Laquey.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
11.  Jacob Perdue of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Forgery.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Headrick granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
12.  Ricardo Villacorta of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to ten years in the Department of Corrections on each count.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated the case.
 
13.  Heather Shaw of Raymondsville, Missouri.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
14.  Aaron Perry of Lebanon.  The defendant was on probation for Passing Bad Checks.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Headrick granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
15.  Phillip Carter of Lebanon.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
16.  Kenneth Lintz of Richland.  The defendant pled guilty to felony Driving While Revoked.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
17.  Joseph Issac of Fulton.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
18.  Anthony Stradt of Lebanon.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
19.  Jeffrey Huey of Waynesville.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Hickle sentenced four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
20.  Derrick Felton of St. Louis.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Hickle sentenced four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
21.  Shane Wall of Richland.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
22.  Dvante Williams of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Resisting Arrest.  Judge Beger sentenced four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
23.  Tyler Cristoffer of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
 “I want to commend the hard work and dedication of all of the law enforcement agencies and officials involved in these cases,” said Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman. “It takes a team effort to successfully investigate and prosecute cases and I appreciate all of the hard work of the police officers, probation officers, and prosecutors who were involved in these cases.”
