Prosecutor's Office Press Release 9-20-16-Jail Escape Charges

Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following individuals were charged in relation to the recent escape from the Pulaski County Jail:
 
1. Dustin Richardson, DOB 3/1989, originally of Lebanon. There is a no bond warrant for his arrest. The charges are as follows:
a. Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree, Class A felony.
b. Resisting Arrest, Class D felony.
c. Escape from Confinement, Class D felony.
d. Aiding Escape of a Prisoner, Class B felony.
 
2. James Sherrell, DOB 6/1984, of Dixon. He is in custody with  no bond warrant. The charges are as follows:
a. Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree, Class A felony.
b. Resisting Arrest, Class D felony.
c. Escape from Confinement, Class D felony.
d. Aiding Escape of a Prisoner, Class B felony.
 
3. Marlee Davy, DOB 11/1994, of Lebanon. There is a warrant for her arrest with a $750,000 cash only bond set. The charges are as follows:
a. Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree, Class A felony.
b. Resisting Arrest, Class D felony.
c. Aiding Escape of a Prisoner, Class B felony.
d. Aiding Escape of a Prisoner, Class B felony.
e. Hindering Prosecution, Class D felony.
f. Hindering Prosecution, Class D felony.
 
4. Angelica Black, DOB 5/1994, of Waynesville. She remains in custody in lieu of posting a $100,000 cash only bond. The charges are as follows
            a. Sexual Contact with a Prisoner, Class D felony.
 
As this case is still under investigation, more charges are likely to be filed and this release will be updated. If you have any information as to those who remain at large, please contact the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department or 911 immediately as they are considered dangerous.
 
The Prosecutor’s Office reminds everyone that these charges are merely an accusation and these individuals remain innocent until proven guilty.
