38 Offenders Sentenced to the Department of Corrections
Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections in Circuit Court action over the last two months.  Those offenders were:
 
 
  • Kenneth Wyman of Rolla. The defendant was on probation for Receiving Stolen Property.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Blake Woolsey of St. James.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections on the Stealing case. Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections on the Possession case. The Waynesville and St. Robert Police Departments investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Ashley Pool of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Headrick granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Michael Luna of Cuba. The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance. Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jamie Walker of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Assault in the Second Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to 5 years in the Department of Corrections on each charge. The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Tyron Spence-Bey of St. Louis. The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Chase Albu of Marmet, WV.  The defendant was on probation for Passing Bad Checks.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Prosecutor’s Office Bad Check Division investigated this case.
 
 
  • Alisha Henderson of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Deanna Garrett-Elger of Waynesville. The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Walter Track of Dixon.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • James Ocasio of Lebanon.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Tiffany Dennick of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Tanya Simpson of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jessica Barnhart-Parham of Dixon.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • William Loveall of Crocker.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, Receiving Stolen Property, Resisting Arrest, and Property Damage in the First Degree.  Judge Beger sentenced him to three years on the Possession charge, 5 years on the Receiving charge, three years on the Resisting charge, and four years on the Property Damage charge, each in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Julia Burns of Devil’s Elbow. The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Long granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Christy Fowler of Dixon.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree and Passing Bad Checks.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years on the Burglary charge and four years on the Passing Bad Checks charge in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Morgan Lachowitz of Westphalia.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Nicholas Howe of Dixon.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Michael Peterson of Richland.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jesse Donaldson of Dixon.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Louis Sutton of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Robbery in the Second Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute and Assault in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Wiggins granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to ten years on the Robbery case and seven years on the Possession case in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert and Waynesville Police Departments investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Earl Chambers of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Assault in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Rachel Wilson of St. James.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced her to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Amber Santos of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced her to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Seth Fortner of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for felony Leaving the Scene of an Accident.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Samuel Dean of Crocker.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Shannon Beam of Mineral Point, Missouri.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree and Receiving Stolen Property.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to seven years on the Burglary charge and four years on the Receiving charge in the Department of Corrections.  The St. James Police Department investigated this case.  The Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office was assigned as a special prosecutor for Phelps County.
 
 
  • Daniel Loffler of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • James Thomas of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • George Smith of Rolla.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing and Possession of a Controlled Substance. After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle and Beger both granted the motions and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections on each case.  The St. Robert Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Daniel Thorsen of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count.  The Dixon Police Department and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated these cases
 
 
  • Melinda Gomez of Waynesville.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Taylor Cundiff of Devil’s Elbow.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Scottie Pierce of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the First Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to ten years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Christina Cooper of Rolla.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Shawn Leroux of Vichy.  The defendant pled guilty to felony Driving While Revoked.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
 
  • Glenn Dietzel of Jefferson City.  The defendant pled guilty to felony Driving While Intoxicated.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
