39 Offenders Sentenced to the Department of Corrections
Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections in Circuit Court action over the last two months.  Those offenders were:
 
 
  • Natasha Knock of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
2.      Dustin Richardson of Lebanon.  The defendant pled guilty to Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the Second Degree and Escape.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to five years on the Assault charge and four years on the Escape charge in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.  Please note that Mr. Richardson remains charged with several other crimes and awaits trial on those charges as well.
 
 
  • Scott Green of Laquey.  The defendant was on probation for Stealing.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Henry Barba of Crocker.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count.  The St. Robert Police Department and Crocker Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Garrett Wood of Salem.  The defendant was on probation for Tampering in the First Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Brandi Brock-Loyett of Rolla.  The defendant was on probation for three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections on each count.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
7.      Beth Harmon-Stoll of Richland.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  The defendant was also on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  As a result of her plea of guilty, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections on each case.  The Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group and the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Brent Wagner of Osage Beach.  The defendant was on probation for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Assault in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years on the first count, five years on the second count, seven years on the third count, and seven years on the fourth count in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department, Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and the Crocker Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Alysha Cook of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Burglary in the First Degree and Forgery.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Lucas Filson of Davenport, IA.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jamel Holt of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Brittany Lehman of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Daniel Loffler of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Billy Robinson of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Daniel Thorsen of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Shayla Glasscock of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Wiggins granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Alecia Ludlow of Richland.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Holly Mackley of Freeburg.  The defendant was on probation for felony Driving While Revoked.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
 
  • Cody Carson of Crocker.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Edward Frank Nelson of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Unlawful Use of a Weapon.  Judge Wiggins sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Alexander Doyle of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Sex Offender Being in a Prohibited Place.  The defendant was also on probation for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.  As a result of the commission of the new offense, and failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections on each case.  The St. Robert Police Department and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Maurice Robinson of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jerome Miller of Crocker.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
 
  • Fred Laux of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Assault in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Christopher Sandusky of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
 
  • Sara Smith of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Alfred Smith of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • David Kelly of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Felony Failure to Appear.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office investigated this case.
 
 
  • Cory Barton of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jay McClure of Waynesville. The defendant was on probation for Assault in the Second Degree and Domestic Assault in the Third Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years on one case and four years on the second case in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department and Waynesville Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Shawn Korschgen of Warrenton.  The defendant pled guilty to Tampering in the First Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jeremy Dame of Lebanon.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Wiggins sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • John Gonzales of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to six years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Joseph Briggins of Sullivan.  The defendant pled guilty to Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to six years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Owen Broadway of Crocker.  The defendant pled guilty Forgery.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Chris Harris of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Nathaniel Askem of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Bryan Pratt of St. James.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Garrett Edwards of Richland.  The defendant was on probation for felony Non-Support of a Child.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Child Support Enforcement Agency investigated this case.
 
 “We continue our efforts to hold offenders accountable and these results show we continue to make progress,” said Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman. “I commend the efforts of our law enforcement officers, probation officers, prosecutors on my staff and our local judges who work to get offenders like this off the street and into prison where they belong.”
