31 Offenders Sentenced to the Department of Corrections
Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections in Circuit Court action over the last two months.  Those offenders were:
 
 
  • Michael Harland of Richland.  The defendant pled guilty to Child Molestation in the Second Degree and Statutory Sodomy.  Judge Beger sentenced him to twelve years in the Department of Correction on the first count and seven years on the second count.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Angel Galarza of Staten Island, NY.  The defendant was on probation for Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Shaun Terry of Devil’s Elbow.  The defendant pled guilty to Assault in the Second Degree.  Judge Beger sentenced him to seven years in the Department of Correction.  He was also on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  As a result of his plea of guilty, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to seven years in the Department of Corrections on that count.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated both of these cases.
 
 
  • Jacob Thompson of Isabella, MO.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Lindsey Swan of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Damion Alexander of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Assault in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Wiggins granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Tabitha Bartolomew of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Child Endangerment in the First Degree.  On that charge, Judge Hickle sentenced her to four years in the Department of Corrections.  She was also on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  As a result of her plea of guilty to a new charge, Judge Hickle revoked her probation and sentenced her to four years in the Department of Corrections on that count.  The St. Robert Police Department and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Wendy Koch of Laquey. The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jessica Lowe of Waynesville.  The defendant was on probation for Passing Bad Checks.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Wiggins granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office Bad Check division investigated this case.
 
 
  • Crystal Nolting of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • April Inman of Crocker.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Wiggins granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Amber Ransome of Crocker.  The defendant pled guilty to felony Driving While Revoked.  Judge Hickle sentenced her to two years in the Department of Corrections. The defendant was also on probation for Property Damage in the First Degree.  As a result of her plea of guilty to a new crime, Judge Hickle revoked her probation and sentenced her to two years in the Department of Corrections on that count.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Brandon Dennick of Springfield.  The defendant pled guilty to Tampering in the First Degree.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The defendant was also on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  As a result of his plea of guilty to a new charge, Judge Beger revoked his probation and sentenced him to seven years in the Department of Corrections on that count.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated these cases.
 
 
  • George Smith of Rolla.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
 
  • Darren Toney of Waynesville. The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced him to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Marlee Davy of Lebanon.  The defendant pled guilty to Aiding the Escape of a Prisoner.  Judge Wiggins sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections. The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Dylan Self of Richland.  The defendant pled guilty to Assault in the First Degree.  Judge Beger sentenced him to ten years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Dakota Barclay of Urbana, MO.  The defendant pled guilty to Assault in the Second Degree.  Judge Wiggins sentenced him to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Vanessa Miholic of Dixon.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
 
  • Dale Hayes of St. James.  The defendant pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • John Jensen of Waynesville.  The defendant pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Cody Westmoreland of St Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Shannon Vanderhoof of Laquey.  The defendant pled guilty to Failure to Appear.  Judge Hickle sentenced her to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jerome Williamson of Waynesville.  The defendant pled guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.  Jusgw Hickle sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Michael Poole of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Judge Wiggins sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Reginald Gallop of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Stealing.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Robin Leyva-Okazaki of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Carey Timmons of St. Charles, MO.  The defendant pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol investigated this case.
 
 
  • Marcus Terry of Devil’s Elbow.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Clifford Unerwood of Lebanon.  The defendant pled guilty to felony Driving While Intoxicated.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Dixon Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Ronald Shaw of Villa Ridge, GA.  The defendant pled guilty to Assault on a Law Enforcement Office in the Second Degree.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 “I commend the efforts of our law enforcement professionals throughout Pulaski County for their hard work getting these offenders off the street and in prison where they belong,” said Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman.  “These sentenced are a result of their dedication and efforts to help keep Pulaski County a safe place to live and raise our families.”
