32 Offenders Sentenced to the Department of Corrections
Kevin Hillman, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney announces that the following defendants were sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections in Circuit Court action over the last two months.  Those offenders were:
 
 
  • Daniel Bryant, Dexter, MO.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Burglary in the Second Degree and Receiving Stolen Property.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections on each case.  The St. Robert Police Department and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Blake Woolsey of St. James.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Stealing.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years on one count and four years on the second count in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department and Waynesville Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Derek Elam of Conway. The defendant was on probation for Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Wiggins granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Christopher Mitchell of Laquey.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Wiggins granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Carlos Phillips of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation for Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Tyler Cristoffer of Lebanon.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections on each count.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Anthony Brock of Rolla.  The defendant was on probation for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Kenneth Frazee of Rolla.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Joseph Foege of St. Louis.  The defendant was on probation for Resisting Arrest.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Marian Fiatte of Crocker. The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Dennis Zeiger of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Crocker Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Timothy Colwell of Crocker.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the First Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to ten years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Christopher Cutri of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to five years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Teddy Hutchins of Crocker.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  The defendant also pled guilty to a new offense of Domestic Assault in the Second Degree. As a result of his plea of guilty to a new offense, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections on the new case. The Crocker Police Department investigated these cases.
 
 
  • Matthew Boggs of Huggins, MO. The defendant pled guilty to felony Driving While Intoxicated.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Waynesville Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Roy Hall of Crocker.  The defendant was on probation for felony Driving While Revoked.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jasmin Sixkiller of Springfield.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Christina Cooper of Rolla.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Nicole Thomas of St. Robert. The defendant was on probation for Tampering in the First Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Headrick granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Charles Malone of Springfield.  The defendant was on probation for Burglary in the Second Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Gerald Hopkins of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the Second Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years on the first count and nine years on the second count.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Dalton Click of St. Robert.  The defendant pled guilty to Resisting Arrest.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Ashley Eaton of St. Robert.  The defendant was on probation for Tampering in the First Degree.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of her probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke her probation.  Judge Hickle granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Marcus Lavendar of St. Robert. The defendant pled guilty to Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to four years on the first count and seven years on the second count in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Cory Trotter of Lebanon.  The defendant was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.  After failing to adhere to the terms and conditions of his probation, the Prosecutor’s Office filed a motion to revoke his probation.  Judge Beger granted the motion and sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Tyler Chamberlain of Crocker.  The defendant pled guilty to Receiving Stolen Property.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to two years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • David Cook of Crocker.  The defendant pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the Second Degree.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case,
 
 
  • Cyrill Powenski of Potosi.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to four years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Donna Summers of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to three years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Jeremiah Schiedel of Richland. The defendant pled guilty to Domestic Assault in the Second Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.  Judge Beger sentenced the defendant to five years in the first count and three years on the second count in the Department of Corrections.  The Richland Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Paul Fergot of Dixon.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Judge Hickle sentenced the defendant to seven years in the Department of Corrections.  The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department investigated this case.
 
 
  • Connie Norton of Waynesville.  The defendant pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.  Judge Headrick sentenced the defendant to ten years in the Department of Corrections.  The St. Robert Police Department investigated this case.
 
 
 “I appreciate the hard work of all of our law enforcement professionals in getting these offenders off the street and into prison where they belong,” said Prosecuting Attorney Kevin Hillman. “My office will continue to work hard to hold offenders accountable to keep Pulaski County a safe place to live and raise our families.”
